The specialists of the “Dental Palace” clinic constantly improve their knowledge and manual skills within the country and abroad. A significant international event “Master Course on Composite Restorations” organized by the Tokuyama Dental took place in May 2014 in Tokyo. T.S.Dvornikovа, Ph.D., the chief doctor of the clinic, represented Russia and had a privilege to take part in the series of hands-on courses.
The four-days program was included lectures and hands-on courses; the participants had a chance to get acquainted — with the Japanese colleagues job. The lectures touched upon the following issues: "Creation of direct composite restorations — from clinical works to making presentation"(Dr. Takahashi DDS)," New advancements in dental composites; can we eventually fill in bulk? "(Dr.Alireza Sadr DDS, Ph.D.), "Creation of excellent restoration using one-step adhesive "(Prof.Junji Tagami DDS, Ph.D.). The hands-on courses on Estelite products were held by Dr.Noboru Takahashi DDS. The participants also had a chance to visit the research laboratory of Tokuyama Dental in Tsukuba as well as the dental department of Tokyo Medical and Dental University. The program full of events was considered as highly productive and extremely important, both in terms of acquiring of new knowledge and ideas and exchanging of views and experience.

The anatomical navigation method created by Noboru Takahashi determines the key role of morphology stating that “Anatomy defines color”.

New Japanese composite dyes ESTELITE COLOR are now available for individual restorations. They include thirteen shades which can help to imitate all the peculiarities of teeth natural color and masking the most significant color changes if necessary.
